Maintain and execute a consistent posting schedule aligned with project updates.
Work closely with our founders and project leads to highlight fieldwork, workshops, research, and community partnerships.
Curate photos, videos, and stories from our projects in Indonesia, Latin America, Africa, and the Pacific.
Track engagement metrics and suggest creative ideas to increase reach and impact.
Uphold our messaging around ethics, community empowerment, and science-based conservation.

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
A creative mindset with an eye for impactful, clean, minimalist visuals.
Optional but appreciated: experience with NGOs or science communication.

Hands-on experience leading social media strategy for a growing international NGO.
Direct exposure to conservation projects using cutting-edge tools (AI, satellite imagery, drones, ecological modelling, camera traps).
The chance to collaborate with scientists, local communities, and global partners.
Flexibility and autonomy in shaping Conservation Mind’s voice and digital identity.
A meaningful contribution to real conservation impact and community empowerment.
